been set, know that we generally offer one in mid-July and one in mid-August
before school starts. Also, note that the turn in time on Mondays is still 9:30

IJP TRIP: Where to begin!
· Fill out and send a Registration Packet to school. You can call the school for a packet or download it from this site. After we have received your Registration Packet, we will assign you a TRIP ID number and send you a manila TRIP envelope.
· All correspondence for IJP TRIP will be done using the manila TRIP envelope. We will send order forms in it. If you have an order, you send it back in the envelope. We send your certificates back to you in the envelope. Notice, it has your child�s name and room number and your TRIP ID#. It also has a sticker with the current due dates. Be sure that the name and room number of your child is current on your sticker.
· The updated, white order form has the revised current due date at the top. Be sure to use this form.
· Completely fill out the form. Your TRIP ID# is found on the front of the TRIP envelope you received with information today. Your ID# is the first letter of your last name followed by the last four digits of your phone number. This number will not change even if your phone number does. Use this number for all orders that should be credited to your account.
· Double-check amount total. Orders that are incorrect may not be processed.
· Decide how you will pay for your certificates and fill out that portion of the order form. We must have that section filled out completely. Make checks payable to IJP TRIP. Make sure your check amount matches your total. OR be sure we have all credit card information including expiration date, street address and zip code. Note: you will be charged 3% to use a credit card.
· Send your order form and payment back to school in the manila TRIP envelope for processing by the due date by 10am. Late orders will not be accepted. You can even turn it in before the due date at your convenience.
· We will send your certificates back to you in the manila TRIP envelope in the manner which you indicated on your registration form (either with your child or by pickup in the office). We also include the next order form, if you wish to order, to be returned by the next due date. Watch the school calendar for dates as well.
