Parishioner Registration

New Parishioner Registration is usually held on the fourth Sunday of the month at 10:30 AM in the Church Hall. Please see The Campanile bulletin for more information or view our Parish Calendar to see upcoming dates. We encourage new families to register at these Sunday Registrations as our welcoming committee will be there to greet you, and to tell you about our parish, and give you information our ministries and activities.

If you are not able to attend the regular parish registration you may call the parish office for a registration appointment.

You can also download our   Parish Registration Form. Save it to your desktop, fill in the information, save your changes and return your completed form to the parish office. This Registration is a Word Form. Fill in the form in the shaded areas: use the tab key to move through fields, use the mouse for check boxes.

IJP School Families

For IJP SCHOOL FAMILIES registering in the parish a copy of the BAPTISM CERTIFICATE for one adult in the household must be presented to register. If you do not have your baptism certificate, you can call your church of baptism and request a copy of the certificate. Requesting baptismal records is a very common request at all parishes.
