The school supply list for Intermediate Grades has been updated. The following is the list of supplies needed for the 2008-09 school year. The Parent Handbook included in the Registration Packet did not have this updated supply list. Thank you.

Infant Jesus of Prague School Registration for School Year 2008-2009
Registration for Fall 2008 for grades Preschool through 8 is currently available during school hours 9-3 pm by appointment.
The requirements for registration are as follows:
For the 3 year old program your child must be 3 by 9-1-08
For the 4 year old program your child must be 4 by 9-1-08
For Kindergarten your child must 5 by 9-1-08
• Original State-issued birth certificate
• Baptismal certificate
• Baptismal certificate for the Catholic parent
• $200.00 Non-refundable registration fee for K-8
• Separate $200.00 Non-refundable registration fee for preschool
Note: In order to register as a parishioner, you MUST HAVE a certificate from the rectory indicating that you are a REGISTERED PARISHIONER. You may contact the rectory office, 799-5400 ext. 200, to obtain your certificate. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD WITHOUT THIS CERTIFICATE.

The Cafeteria serves Hot Dogs and PBJ sandwiches daily (except when noted)

The daily special is $1.80 and salads are $1.50.
